Accessibility statement
For gigantua.net. Last reviewed 27 October 2026.
We want everyone to be able to buy and download our games. This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, the standard behind the European Accessibility Act (EN 301 549).
What we do
- Plain HTML pages that work with screen readers, keyboard only, browser zoom up to 400 % and phone screens.
- Text contrast of at least 4.5:1 on the dark background; visible focus outlines on every control.
- Images and screenshots have text alternatives; the trailer never plays by itself.
- The purchase steps have labelled checkboxes and status messages that screen readers announce.
- No time limits on our pages. A download link lasts 15 minutes, and a new one is one click away with your code.
Known limits
- The payment window belongs to PayPal. Its accessibility is PayPal's responsibility.
- The trailer has music and sound effects but no spoken words, so it has no captions.
- The games themselves are fast action games. Their in-game options (one-stick and auto-aim modes, remappable input, volume) are described on each game page.

Gigantua is a microenterprise. Under the Austrian Barrierefreiheitsgesetz (BaFG) microenterprises that provide services are exempt from its requirements; we follow them anyway as far as we can. The market surveillance authority for the BaFG in Austria is the Sozialministeriumservice.
